1. IS THERAPY FOR ME?
At any point in life we ALL need someone to talk to,
explore things with and come to a place of resolve.
This may be through a relative, friend or professional.
All are effective but sometimes an objective,
neutral person such as a therapist can be of benefit.
An initial consultation will determine the best option/s for you.
2. HOW DOES IT HELP?
Therapy helps by exploring all aspects of the person
(present issues, past history, etc.) via setting goals in treatment
and searching for unique ways to address or understand concerns.
3. HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
There is no set time.
We strongly recommend a goal review every 12 weeks.
At the end of this time, you & your counselor will discuss your goals,
advocate new ones and work on plans moving forward.
4. DOES MY THERAPIST
HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS I NEED?
No one person has all the answers-
be leery of anyone who claims to.
Conversely, your therapist, through clinical training
and personal life experience can help you
get to your individual greatness.
